Design specifications, budgets, project schedules, as well as associated risks are all items we cover with our clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining open lines of communication throughout the entire project.

Lukaven Development was established by two brother, Conrad and Patrick Sienkiewicz, both of which come from engineering backgrounds. Since, we've completed over $25m worth of projects, quickly establishing our name as a home builder in Chicago and Chicago's Northshore. We pride ourselves in our client-centric approach to building, as well our incessant drive to expanding our knowledge to create the best possible homes, functionally and aesthetically.
